The Magic of Listening
Verbal communication involves both speaking and listening. In a business setting, listening is key to effective working relationships among employees and between management and staff. Listening skills also impact a company’s interaction with customers and other businesses. Compared to other professional skills, however, listening not often practiced and honed. Join us in this webinar where we will work on developing our listening skills the same way we would when it comes to presentation skills, writing skills, etc. Learn how to be a good listener to collaborate better with co-workers, vendors and customers.
